 What are your sales policies?

Sales receipts are required for returns/refunds/exchanges.

Shop with confidence - most merchandise has a 30 day full cash back warranty. Some exceptions apply.

We do not accept cheques - personal, corporate or otherwise.

 Do you offer any Guarantees on items I purchase?

Of course! We offer one of the best warranties in the industry - cash back for a full 30 days from date of purchase on most items! Unlike some of our competitors who only have 7 day warranties or limit refunds to store credit, we want you to feel confident in your purchases from Premier! We do however limit the warranty on DVD's/Video games and specially marked clearance merchandise. Please retain your receipt.

 Can I get a layaway?

We offer a variety of flexible payment plans for our sales merchandise - including credit cards and layaways. We do require an upfront deposit of 20% of the sale and our general term is 90 days in length. However, for larger layaways we can adjust terms on a case by case basis. Please note that certain depreciation prone items may be placed on layaway only as a final sale basis. Our staff will be glad to answer any questions you have.

 Do you accept trade-in's?

We welcome trade-ins and give preferential rates up to 25% more than the cash-buy price depending on the product. Pursuant to local bylaws we require identification for any trade-in transactions.
