Since 1864 Elgin has created exceptional time pieces that have lasted throughout history. This ornate watch was created in 1921 and boasts a beautifully tooled movement and case. As an added bonus, there is a small dial at the 6 o’clock mark for the second hand, and this watch is STILL ticking.
