This 18 karat yellow gold pendant has over 1 and 1/2 carat of diamonds that circle a detailed carving of a delicate lady. As an added bonus this pendant has a hinged bail so that it can clip onto a string of pearls!  With a total of 1.7 carats of diamonds with an H to I colour and VS to SI clarity this 9.5gram pendant is simply amazing.
