This chainsaw is powered by a fuel efficient, low emission stratified charge 2 cycle engine boasting 55.5 cc’s and 3.8 hp. This newer version of the MS291 has the Easy2StartTM system for effortless starting with a simple pull. To which they add their easy-to-use tool-less Quick Chain Adjuster. It also includes an advanced anti-vibration system and a lightweight muffler to reduce operator fatigue. This unit weighs less than 15 lbs and has the upgraded 20” bar. Part of STIHL’s new generation of fuel-efficient, environmentally friendly chain saws.
