FAQ: Premier Warranty

Our Warranty Covers You. Period.

At Premier we appreciate your trust and your business. We want you to feel safe when you buy from us. To do this we include a FREE WARRANTY* with every sale. It’s more than a warranty actually, it’s a total satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase FOR ANY REASON just refund it for cash or store credit (see notes below).

Many competitors sell “AS-IS” or don’t offer warranty at all. Several charge re-stock fees or sell “protection plans” for profit. We’re very different. We believe a company should should stand their product or they shouldn’t be selling it.

Our clients get 2 levels of protection based on whether they are account holders. Here are the details:

The best protection: Client account holders get a 30 day CASH BACK warranty. If you’re unsatisfied you get a FULL REFUND with no questions asked. You can also exchange for a different product if you prefer. Refunds will be returned using the same method as the original transaction (ex: cash for cash, Visa for Visa).

Client accounts are FREE and very simple to setup. We only need the bare minimum (name, phone and date of birth) to confirm your identity. This information is kept private and is never shared or distributed. We use it to reward client loyalty and protect against fraudulent returns. It’s also a great tool to track eligible transactions for our DIAMOND UPGRADE plan.

Good protection: Non-Account sales are covered with a 15 day IN-STORE CREDIT warranty. If you’re unhappy we’ll refund your sale onto a gift card. This credit is good towards your next retail purchase. Treat your gift card like cash because if you lose it we can’t replace it.

We appreciate that people are protective of their privacy and support their choice. Please select the warranty option that suits you best.

  • WARRANTY FINE PRINT

    Our Premier Plan warranty covers almost every item in the store. There are a few exceptions:

    • All gold, silver and platinum bars and coins are FINAL SALE. We don’t control the world bullion market so we can’t insure it.
    • Clearance, liquidation or close-out products are FINAL SALE.
    • Negotiated discounts may include a ‘final sale’ agreement with you.
    • Video games and movies have a 24 hour warranty.
    • We do not warranty incomplete or deliberately damaged items.
